Touch HD

I've decided to give HTC a chance and replace my iPAQ 614c with a Touch HD. Too many lock-ups, resets, low memory issues lately. I really like WM and the HD will allow me to ditch my iPAQ 211 also. Bot my GF a Touch Viva, hope they work out. A BT headset would round things out nicely

I love my HTC HD. I use Garmin XT and mobile office all the time. I have an 8GB micro SD card, so plenty of memory. I use the HTC with a BT Motorola headset when I work on routers. I think you will be very happy with your choice.

Take a look on XDA Developers for a new rom, the stock rom on the HD is really not the best.

custom roms are x times better

i use miri v33 with manila 2.1.
it is lightning fast and has some of the manila 2.5 features.

Energy 6.5 (21892) Sense 2.1 working great except for poor battery life and increased memory footprint.

I like the HTC Touch HD phones very much. You can Enjoy music videos, films and streaming like you never thought possible on a mobile device. Google Maps enhanced by the wide screen viewing platform. It has 5 megapixel camera for quality stills and video. It has 3.5 mm audio jack. These all feature are very good in this phone.
