Touch Pro 2 Screen Problem

I have a C8 and Touch Pro 2 that I just installed the software on. It connects just fine but has an annoying screen refresh problem. On the home screen it flickers every 2 seconds or so when connected by USB. If I select my tasks, it refreshes 5 times/sec.

Is there any fix for this problem?

For the C8 make sure your Firmware and Driver build 1.4.0.212 is installed, which is available at www.celiocorp.com/support#legacyC8. There is one more FW/Driver upgrade if this doesn't resolve your issue but this build should be ok with that phone. Second, make sure touch flo 3D theme is disabled from the Items tab under the Today feature in Settings. This will often fix display issues on this phone.

Are you using Windows Mobile 6.1 or 6.5, and also what carrier is your handset associated with?

Thanks for all your help. I reinstalled the firmware update and all is well!

I'm on Sprint using 6.1.

Hoping 6.5 will be out soon and work on the Fly!
