Touch problem Lumia 535 Windows 10

When I updated win 8.1 to win 10 via upgrade advisor touch not work properly. But when again downgrade to 8.1 touch work properly.

when you had updated to windows 10, did you complete the process? Did you finish all OS updates, all app updates?

Yes I have finished all the process and all app update.. And my so is latest version..I update and downgrade 2 times but result is same..
