touch screen issue with device layig flat

Anyone else having issues with the touch screen being sluggish/slow to respond when the device lays flat ??

Running Surround on 7.0.7004.0 (obviously not updated by AT&T yet....)
Hope this is fixed with the newer NoDo updates....

Never had any sluggishness issues with my Surround on a flat surface. Actually typing this on the kitchen counter. Scrolling and tapping work the same, in my hand or ons surface. Only unresponsiveness I have ever experienced has been occasionally right after a soft reset (because of Marketplace) but it will respond after a couple swipes. No updates of course.

I've read about the Focus having issues when on soft surfaces like beds and couches but never experienced it until a week ago when it was on my blanket. It simply wouldn't recognize anything but a tap. No swipes or pinches. I've read that the official Nodo update fixes this.

I had the issue where swipes didn't work on my bed. I always though it was because I didn't get the swipe motion right, but I guess not.
