It was the preparation for windows 8.1 update, currently installing it now.

This might mean that Lumia 1020 India will start receiving update today by 10:30 pm IST

So it looks like the countries with the .1001 build are getting the update now. Don't know about the rest...
I'm in Spain which is the build .1001 same as finland and other countries, and I still don't have any information about it being updated yet. I'm on DP and I want to make sure it is available before deleting my phone's content, as I can't manage to make a backup for some reason.
