Tom Warren is saying that 820, 1020, 920 and 1520 owners will receive Cyan today (I think it will be later though).

If nokia 1520,1020,920,820 gets update today., 520 and 620 will sure to get an update tomorrow.

Living in Puerto Rico (T-Mobile) I got an update but it still says Lumia Black no Cyan yet. I was running the Dev Preview.

Im from Puerto Rico and my Lumia 1020 got an update...OS Version 8.10.12400.899 in the SETTINGS / ABOUT .The funny part is that still showing the Lumia Black on the SETTINGS / EXTRAS + INFO...

The update wasn't cyan. It was an OS update. It seems to have been pulled away from the servers.
