You're right; they don't all. Neither do a lot of Androids. But to be fair to Con Georgiadis, this 8.1 update he's waiting for is bringing features that Android has had for years. It could be argued that updates on Android aren't as important. They are still highly anticipated, but at least Android users aren't waiting around for something as common as a notification center, quick toggles, or a voice assistant.

Agreed! But voice assistant? I guess you are not speaking about Google Now! Are you? (If yes, please ask Cortana what she feels about 'Google Now')

It's not fake as it's on Nokia's website. Don't you trust them?

recovery tool software doest find your phone........i test it lumia 1020.

Delete the drivers in your pc management.
Reboot and plug in your device.

He can easily use DP without Cyan, no? Cyan doesn't bring so much features to 1020.

I think that Cyan doesn't bring anything as features for the 1020.

It was only for the 1520, icon and 930.

I don't think battery management on Cyan is different than DP.

And what kind of bug fixes for 1020...? Is there any 'changelog'?

I meant that in general sense.. But have heard that Battery life considerably improved post-Cyan than in DP. Haven't verified personally..

Got it yesterday for 1520 . Took 2 hours to install. From India

I just downloaded a small update called cyan on an L1520 HK variant but there are no noticeable differences, will the changes appear once windows 8.1 is available as my phone is still version 8.0.

It turned out to be an update to the cyan update app. :-(
