It looks like Nokia Canada removed their post on Facebook and their tweet on Twitter concerning the Cyan update for the Lumia 1020 for Canadians... Some people that never had 8.1 Dev Preview, can't even update their phones....wow!!!! I'm so glad that I didn't downgrade!!!!

When it's released in Germany, as that appears to be the installed ROM. The fact it's unlocked makes no difference - just means you can use it on other networks. Same goes for changing the region.

Actually they did that With L1520
the people got the update .. when the site said under testing
