Russia is still testing. But they sent me an email that rollout will be "within this week" (I have 1020).

In my opinion they should of rolled out the 520 cyan update 1st, thats their hit phone with majority of users. Thats their hit phone model. But then think about how many users they would of taken care of in the 1st place, then tackle the rest of the market. I feel they have not prepared well.

Exactly man, it is a shame that Bangladesh has released the update before Australia. Not that there is something wrong with Bangladesh but they seem to support windows phone more and faster than the Australian carriers.

BTW I have a question: Who tests the updates for the country variant phones?

No. Not all countries have released the update for the Lumia 925

I actually thought Microsoft did more that they own Nokia. I always buy my phones outright for this reason but doesn't look like it's gonna help this time

In the UK here. My CV GBIE L925 got the WP8.1 - Cyan update late last night. The Nokia info page for Amber, Black, Cyan still states this as in testing but like a poster from the previous page I have it now. What's with all the extra apps that got installed? Skype, Facebook, Travel, Health & Fitness and Food & Drink...

Anyone with a CV GBIE try a manual update, I'm sure the Nokia page will update soon.
