Track Your Weight Network Error

Is anyone else getting an error when going into Track Your Weight on Android?

Error Message:
Network Error: Something went wrong. Please check your network connection and try again.

Done that no joy!
Any suggestions?

i have same problem. I'm restarted my phone and band but nothing changes.

It's working for me on Windows Phone since I added it yesterday with an App update.

I much prefer Health Vault which allows me to add more data: weight, blood glucose, blood pressure + BP and cholesterol. Seems that App isn't on Play though.

Patience? Must be a bug. See if you can report it. Maybe recheck the App's permissions. I assume it asked at one time about data collection, maybe it wants a renewal on that?

I've done the same reboots to phone and band, but still get the error

For what it is worth, you can get Health Vault on your PC. It connects many data sets, Band/2 included and other smart devices like scales.

I am having the same issue on my Android device. Resetting the band and phone didn't work.

Have any Android users checked App permissions?

There is a New Update of the Android App. After updating the weight tracking works.
