Trackpad Delay When Playing Games

I'm a new Alienware owner and when I play games with the touchpad, if I am using a directional key (like W,A,S,D) the trackpad wont work until after I am done with the direction key. Is there someplace to fix this without uninstalling the Synaptics software?

Go to Change PC settings>PC and Devices


Then Mouse and Touchpad


Change to No Delay
