Transfer my Data app "blocked due to company policy"

Need to get the latest SMS off my phone, but the Transfer my Data app page is giving me "this app has been blocked due to company policy", what gives? Any other way to get the sms file off the phone, or export the SMS to text format?

There's an app in store, called "contacts and sms restore" by Microsoft, it should work
