Transfer or change MS Account?

So I own many things under my MSA, but my email is getting hammered with crap. I think someone figured it out and is playing a joke on me or something (Annoying, bad, spam emails, the works. Leans more towards harassment). I am not attached to the email, but just the account. How can I move all my stuff away from this email, keep all my stuff, and act like I never owned this email (I have no desire to check it anymore, but I don?t want this person reaching out to me either, but I like my Xbox GT, my family, etc.)? Can I create an alias, make that the main, then delete the old?
