Transfer start screen layout to another phone?

I want to transfer my Nokia lumia 520 layout to lumia 925. Anyway to do this?

Make sure you have the same apps and tilelayout as on your 520

There is no way you can do that. You can only transfer contact using the transfer my data app by nokia.

If you've got the dev preview 8.1, Back up your data on the 520 and restore it on your 925 (also having 8.1)
Otherwise, you could just take screenshots and do it manually.
