Transferring contacts

When I first got my Lumia 950, several months ago, I remember transferring my BB10 contacts via Bluetooth. After that I did a factory reset.
Now I don't remember how I did it. Am I missing an app that I may have lost during the factory reset? I seem to remember something called "transfer my data". Now I can't find it.
Any suggestions? Thanks

Certain apps don't install during the factory reset and they get installed after the first boot. Either you can wait for some time or manually install from here - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/transfer-my-data/9wzdncrfj3dr

Thanks so much. I couldn't find it when I searched the Store. I have now reinstalled it. ☺
