Translucent Action + Notification Center (Mockups)

Hello guys,

I think that we need a translucent notification center on Windows 10 mobile. I would also like to see it with a bit more color like the desktop counterpart. Here are a few quick quick mockups I did. I would like to see it, but (don't get offended) your mockup fails to display it. It should look more glassy while your looks just more blue.
I want the same effect as what you have in the newest build (10147) of Windows 10. Here's a picture.

Thanks for your opinion and Im not offended, as a graphic and web designer I have to be open for criticism, as clients can be very critics, I am used to it. And yes, I failed to express that glass look, which is was I love about it, looks sexy . But as I mention, it was made very quick, I made it under 5 mins.

Maybe they are/were not planning on adding it to the Mobile version of Windows 10. So let's be sure...

I guarantee you they are, why would they leave such a discrepancy on such an easy feature that already has the code made for it out when they are trying to sell the "one windows" thing?

Not whether how hard or easy it is, is about is they wanted to implement it, but okay... Good day!
