In Settings go in Date+Time and Language+Region, select Time zone for USA and language for English, after reboot phone.

I have been using my Lumia 520 without a SIM on wifi. I was able to load Nokia Cam with 113.135.139.179 (I may have gotten one of the numbers incorrect), port 8888 about a couple weeks ago. I haven't been able to get Refocus to come up.

:smile:Today i get info if this proxy work again. 103.13.29.118:8888 and i try. Succesfully i can instal some app likes nokia camera and refocus,. Or another app from htc or samsung,, just try maybe u can instal subway surfer, angry bird go, or temple run 2,.

The proxy method will only work on region locked apps. Apps/games that require 1GB ram will still be locked in.

i tried it yesterday and it took some time but it worked.
you can test that proxy with command line
telnet 103.13.29.118 8888
and it works. the second one does not.
it is needed just for selecting app and first click on download. then go back to wifi settings and turn off proxy and back to market and again install. it works for all lumia apps
it took some time to get loaded

I've the same problem. All time I got next notification: We can't connect to search right now. Make sure airplane mode is turned off and that you still have a network connection.

I can't install Microsoft Store. It is not compatible for my phone.

Problem is with 103.13.29.118/8888. With this I can't open Store, I can't download nothing.

I made Time Zone USA, language English.

Now I Go to WiFi settings on phone, I Connect to WiFi network, Enable PROXY and I enter this data: 103.13.29.1118, Port: 8888, I save it and exit.
I only go to region setting and change region to United States, confirm to restart phone. After restart, I check in my browser (Internet Explorer) and open some web page to do connect to PROXY.

After I open Store and in Search check nokia, tap Enter and after some time open page with Nokia apps. Rest already know how it goes.
