Trouble viewing pics on mobile.twitter.com

When I click on a twitter mobile notification text with an image/picture, I get sent to mobile.twitter.com and the image shows up as one very thin horizontal line. Actually, anytime I go to mobile.twitter.com, tweets with images appear that way. I can still access it by tapping on the thin line, saving it, and viewing it from my saved pictures folder but otherwise I have to go the Twitter App to view the picture. Any suggestions?

It's a twitter problem really, their mobile site is terrible.
I get the same with my 520 and 920.

Thanks. I've submitted a help request form to Twitter Help Center. I don't have a lot of faith in the process.

I'm glad I'm not the only one having this problem. I've had it since at least last summer, and I always thought it had to do with IE on my 1020 acting wonky. But today I tried it on a Lumia Icon and the same problem occurs.

I doubt Twitter will fix the problem, especially if it's existed for months. Maybe the new IE in Windows Phone 8.1 will fix it...
