Trouble with Cortana setup on Lumia 635

Has anyone else had problems with setup for Cortana on the Lumia 635 and is there a work around? After I click next on the first screen I get stuck on the second screen because it won't scroll down. Any suggestions?

Have you tried a simple reset? That often fixes a lot of problems.

I tried that and a factory reset. I tried setup before upgrade and no luck yet.

Are you running Windows 10 Mobile? You need to specify that kind of information. If you're running Windows 10 Mobile, Cortana doesn't work in Build 10149 and there's no fix as far as I know. If you're running Windows Phone 8.1, let Cortana sit for a few hours and see if that helps at all.

Sorry it build 10149. Wasn't sure if this was a universal, a Lumia 635 or my problem. So then no phone with build 10149 can complete setup?

Same happens on my 635. My 930 on 10149 does not have this problem

I have found that if you go to settings -> ease of access and set the text scaling down to 100% you can access the buttons to finish setup.

It's not every phone, but a large portion of them can't use Cortana.

Cortana does not work for me either. When I press the "Search" tile, it just opens bing. And when I go to settins, the app just crashes.

Same here on the 735 and Bluetooth doesn't work either
