Turn off right mouse button

Is there any way to turn off the right mouse button? I would prefer if every time I touched the trackpad it left clicked, instead of the bottom right quadrant being a right click.

Solved my own problem.
Settings>Devices>Mouse or Touchpad>Press on Lower Right Corner of Touchpad to Right Click> Set to Off.
Just saw this. Was this setting made available in a recent update? Because I looked when I first got my Surface Book and didn't see it... Maybe I'm blind.

I've been impressed that the single tap and two-finger tap have worked so well for left and right click. I never bother pressing the trackpad any more.
