Tutorial for 1020's camera?

I'm getting a 1020 before I go on vacation, but I really don't know a whole lot about photography. I want to use the camera to the best of its ability. Does anyone know a good tutorial or youtube video I can check out that would get me started? I'm a fast learned, so once I get the hang of what camera settings work in different situations I think I'll be good to go. I am looking for just a little bit more detail than the Lumia tutorial that's on one of whatever ten thousand versions of their camera app.

If you don't have much time learning before vacation, capture raw format. Make sure you focus precisely and check the highlights. And it's all.
