Twitter app will not retweet nor quote. Calculator will not open.

I cannot any longer get W10 Store Twitter app to do a quote nor a retweet UNLESS I create a new account. It used to work on my Microsoft account but no more. I have tried uninstall and reinstall but no change.

Calculator app is even worse. It will not open on any account.

No , I am not. I was at one time but it had too many problems and I dropped it. I have 14393.693 Ver 1607.
