Uber/Lyft/Zipcar/Car2go Apps?

so how come windows phone has exactly zero of any of these car sharing services? None. not even a third party app. Wouldn't these be a front runner for a mobile platform to need?

The companies mentioned in your post title have not deemed us worthy of an app. Generally, commercial services (such as car sharing services) create their own apps for potential customers. It's not that we don't need them. They don't think they need us.
 
Uber had actually been available, but they pulled it to fix the issues; it's now re-released and available! And happily installed on my 928. ��
