Unable to access internet

I just got a Focus Flash yesterday as a replacement to a broken Focus, and today I am unable to connect to the internet, facebook, etc, without a wifi connection. I am at work, where my focus never had an issue. Can anyone give me ideas? Do I need to turn of 4G (it is showing 4G at the top of my phone, and I don't know if I am even in a 4G area)? Thank you for any help you guys can provide!

Nevermind, it was AT&T...they had to adjust some stuff. I didn't think it was needed going from one WP& device to another, but i guess it is!
