Unable to download app from Store

[Windows Central Question]

I use a MS Surface RT and have previously been able to download apps from the store using the same network connection. Of late, my downloads have failed to complete and dialogue box says network connection is slow. I have tried using a 2.4 GHz and a 5.2 GHz connection but to no avail.

Hi, it seems like a common problem on the Surface RT.
