unable to download windows 10 technical preview updates

hello everyone,
I have updated my OS from windows 10 9926 build to 10041. After I have updated to 10041 build, there are many issues about sound and downloading updates. I have high speed internet connection, but I was unable to download updates. I'm trying from 3 days to download updates, but it is still showing "downloading 0%":crying:.
can anyone please tell me how to resolve this problem.

The windows update log is being deprecated and moved to the event viewer, but in the mean time WindowsUpdate_AU_deprecated.log is still available in the c:\windows directory. I would try going to that log, scroll to the bottom, and see if there are any recent errors listed.
