Unable to install groove music in 640xl

I have lumia 640 xl, aftet updateing it to win 10 i m unable to install groove music. It downloads and during installation it showed error. I m also tried it with changing setting to internal storage. It is also happening with eqallizer, motion data, touch etc. Kindly help

first check for any pending OS update - you might still be in a lower version of 10. Go to settings > update > check for updates
If that's okay, try a soft reset (restart) and try again

I m on lastest update. I did every updates. I thought may be in next update it will solve but problem is same after every update.

then you might have to do a factory reset

Change the new apps save location to This Device from Storage App.
Download the app.
Change back to SD card again.
