Unable to install Windows 10 Error: 0x1900101 - 0x3001A

[Windows Central Question]

I was unable to upgrade my brand new laptop to Windows 10, came up with this error: 0x1900101 - 0x3001A Installation failed in fase FIRST_BOOT error during action BEGIN_FIRST_BOOT Laptop: dell vostro 15 3000 series
