Unable to open update

I'm getting a notice that an update is available for my L830. I can download it, but the phone says the downloaded file can't be opened, with an error code 8018830f. If I click the Learn More link, it brings up some error codes, but this one isn't listed. I've tried soft-resetting and then retrying the update, but no dice. Any ideas?

Currently I've got WP8.1 Update 2, version 8.10.15137.148

It could be a minor firmware update. Have you checked your date and time?

I checked this out, but it didn't really help. I don't see any updates as described by the MS site, but still can't get past the error code. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
