Unable to see the details of my lumia 720 in windowsphone.com

In "my phone" section of windowsphone.com is not showing any details of my phone. due to this i coulnot see the purchase history or any details regarding my phone in windowsphone.com.

i signed in with microsoft account in my phone(lumia 720).

Am able to download app in the phone app store, but am not able to see install button in windowsphone.com (it tell me to sign in with microsoft account to install). i already signed in with microsoft live id.

please help me in this.

Maybe contact someone on the windowsphone website? This might be an issue with them.

Is your Microsoft account and your live id two separate things?

My micosoft ID and Live Id are same.
this issue came up only when i did hard rese of my phone

guys it automatically got resolved.
Now am able to see the details and account settings in windowsphonw.com
