Unable to sign in to twitter apps

I am the proud owner of a Lumia 925, but something that has become increasingly frustrating is that all the twitter apps, whether they be clients or the official one, wont let me sign in. Please help me.

Do you have a sim card in the phone and is your time on the phone set to automatic and is it correct? This caused issues for me too in the beginning

Yes there is a sim card, the time isn't on automatic but is correct

Try turning time to automatic then try
