Unable to turn off Lock Screen

I don't know what happened. All of a sudden my phone asked me to put in a code for the lock screen. I did that thinking I was going to be able to turn it off, but when I went to settings I'm not able to turn off the lock code. Please help!

Did you add an email account? I know when I added my outlook account for work a lock code was required. I can't shut off the lock screen unless I delete that account.
