Unable to update apps after latest patch

Hi all
I had a problem before to do a recovery device and it was driving me nuts.
I tried everything and even called MS for help.
But nothing worked.
Until the latest patch. That fixed my problem and i could finally do my recovery device.
But after that patch i got a new problem.
I can't open OneNote anymore.
If i go in under Apps i see that i have 3 apps that try to update but failes.
Its OneNote, Calculator and Contacts.
I only get a message that says that the problem is 0x80070003.
Anybody else with that problem? Or maybe a solution?

I tried everything there and more.
I just tried the automatic repair tool thats included in Windows 10.
And it said that it couldnt repair windows.
It feels like they have installed windows from a ghosted media that was for another device or just another setup.
Too many files that are corrupted.
Do you think a clean install might help?
And if so, did i find the right file?
I downloaded a file from MS thats called "SurfacePro4_BMR_155_2.114.0"
Shall i try it?
And is there any difference between that and what come loaded from the beginning?

I would download above and re-install clean.
