Unable to update to 14267

I am presently an insider. I am on build 14251. After the frequency of builds increased i set it to slow, now as the new 14267 is released i want it to install on my pc. After changing to fast ring when i check for updates it shows your device is up to date.
Pls help. How do i get my pc to install the latest build

It may take a while to update. It is not instantaneous. Patience.
