Uninstalled Skype still getting Skype calls?

As topic - any idea how to stop the Skype calls? If I wanted them I'd have Skype installed!

Sign out of Skype account.

Go to desktop SKYPE log out of it then decouple your MS account from SKYPE on desktop/cellrly:
