Unlocked 1520, no LTE, no Tethering

That's the RM 937 which is clearly stated in the description. You should have researched it before purchasing it. Since you bought it from Amazon, you can return it and grab the AT&T 32 GB black version which has LTE but no Qi wireless. So if you are ok with having no Qi Wireless and being locked to AT&T, go for it. Otherwise the RM 937 is a fantastic phone (I own the yellow one) and HSPA+ speeds are more than fast enough for HD video in most areas.

@5150 joker: is your internet sharing working? I also have the yellow RM937, using on TMo in the US. I can enable internet sharing but when I connect to the hotspot it asks me to log in on TMo

Yes perfectly but I'm using straight talk.
