Unlocked? Att&T branding? No "Pure" MSFT?

hi all
was just about to purchase the 950. but I keep seeing its coming up as AT&T Next device Only.
Does this mean At&T branding? What exactly does this mean?
Of course with WP you can easily delete the bloatware. But why should I have too?
is MSFT NOT selling a "pure" lumia 950? Plus carrier branded devices usually have to
wait until the carrier approves new firmware. trying to avoid that fiasco.
Anyone who has the 950 unlocked can verify the branding of the device? thanks

MSFT'S not selling the 950 yet. They start the 26th I believe, atm only att has the 950 available.
