unlocked verizon 2520-works with gsm-too good to be true?

ok, slickdeals had a post to this:

and it seems too good to be true. they list it as unlocked, but they go further and say it will work on GSM frequencies. whats the deal? how could they have possibly have done this?

I just ordered one of these from eBay myself! I'd love to get feedback as well. Can this tablet be unlocked for CDMA AND GSM?!

Did anyone try this with a sim card to see it it works on T-Mobile?
