My fiances surface pro 4 is having an issue with the touchscreen.
The other day I put on an armorsuit military shield screen protector (the kind that uses a solution you spray on the surface). I turned the device off, but the power button got bumped once during the process and the device turned on. I promptly shut it down, and continued applying the screen protector and full body carbon fiber.
Now, there is a region on the screen just under an inch wide and completely vertical on the right side that doesn't respond to the pen, and a wider area extending to the right bezel that won't work with touch.
Do y'all think this is hardware damage, or software issues?
Thanks.
