Unresponsive Zoom In-Out

Anyone experiencing intermittent zoom in-out on their L1520 after Denim upgrade? I would encounter it when zooming in-out a pic after taking a pic thru Lumia Camera or a page in IE.

Maybe it has something to do with the accessibility setting to zoom on all content? Go to settings, accessibility and then there's that zoom setting. It fixed a slightly different zoom issue for me.

I did not have to do it in Cyan. And this happens even zooming in-out a pic. I'm sure this is a bug in Denim. Hopefully MS releases a fix for this.
