Did you tried to touch on dot and without release move it to some other place?
What device do you have?

Yes, of course. I tap and hold on a dot and try to move it, but nothing happens. I use Lumia 720 with Windows 10 for Phone. Thanks for your support. Nice day!

I did not test it on Windows 10, maybe this is the reason..... hm. I have to prepare Widnows10 development enivorment proabably anytime soon...
