Unusual Speech Issue

I own a Lumia 720 and I've just encountered an issue about Speech.
It fails to speak to me even though my phone is not in mute and actually has set to the volume high.
For example, when I start the voice command and say something, like "Open Settings", the phone will open the Settings but it does not speak it( "Opening Settings")
Maybe it's not a big deal but Indigo refuses to speak to.
When I restarted my phone, everything came back to normal, even Indigo.
But the issue arises again randomly.
Help?

1. Is "play audio confirmations" enabled under "speech" in settings?
2. Is it set at minimum to Bluetooth headset only?
3. Is "speech for phone accessibility" enabled under "ease of access" in settings?

I always needed those on for it to work on my last Windows Phone, and turned them on immediately on my new Lumia 521.

Oh bugger. Just checked my settings and found out that the play audio confirmations was set to off. Maybe I accidentally switched it off for whatever reason. Haha.

No problem. I had this same problem once, too.
