Update 0% After 40 minutes.

[Windows Central Question]

I am updating my windows phone LUMIA 540 8.1 to windows 10.But after 40 minutes it is stil showing 0% downloaded.
Also I used Upgrade Advisor It gave Clearance.
And network connection is also 4G.
What probably the cause of it?.

give it time or try downloading using wifi as wfi signals can be more stable
Also, you can restart the phone and try again if there's no progress seen in 2 hours
