Update available in India. Think it could be cyan?

I am receiving an update is ready to download message on my phone
I have no preview for developers installed...so it should be Cyan #excited

I'm from India too and using Lumia 525 with no developer preview installed. Just checked for updates and...

Btw, Windows Phone Store is down for quite some time now. Is this me only or everyone?

I have no dp installed. So its either 8.1 preparation update or actual cyan. I had shared screenshot of phone settings..not sure why you guys can't see it...
