Update blocks at 35%

Hi!
I'm having an issue with my phone Microsoft Nokia 532. The current OS is Windows Phone 10. Any time I try to update it to 10586.545 version it gets stuck at 35%. I tried to restart it a few times but still nothing. Tried as well to get the updates installed by wifi and now I have only access to the internet by mobile data.
Could you help me please?

this has been observed a lot of times where update seems to be stuck( at your case on 35%) , but you dont need to panic let it take its time .
