can see the lumia 710 tango update available on the nokia site for India , but haven't received it yet on my phone... God knows when it will be rolled out.

Even if it says your phone is going to get it, it happens in batches. Could be a few hours, could be a couple of days. Be patient, it will happen

Or force it like the previous update if it is imminent, it should trigger it.
