Update failure + now wifi and push notifications not working

Hi

I picked up my second Omnia 7 after a year as first one was overheating and three managed to lose mine in repair centre (sent refurbed unit). everything was working fine including wifi etc until I tried to update to the latest version which failed. Have tried using Windows phone support tool but this failing as well and then zune stopped recognising phone but have reinstalled and thats fine.

Main issue is apart from not updating wifi does not detect any networks anywhere! And if I come out of the wifi settings page the wifi switches itself off.

Any ideas?

Reset the phone and try the update again.

Done 3 times. The software came from the repair centre as new!
