Update from Windows 7 to Windows 10 now won't load.

I just updated my Dell inspiron one from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Now when I turn my comp on I can select which user I am, but after that the screen turns black and nothing happens. I can see my cursor and can use ctrl+alr+delete to bring up the task manager, but that's all I can do...help??
