Can't click outside active/elevated window (win10)

Hi, for some time now I have this problem when a program is started as elevated. When an elevated window is active, my mouse can't click on anything outside the active window. I can however select other windows by using alt-tab, or by minimizing the elevated window and then everything seems to work as normal until the elevated window becomes focused again. Then it starts all over again. This happens with all kinds op programs: task manager, cmd as admin, installers.

I have updated all drivers and windows 10.
Currently running on Windows 10 Version 21H2.
Device is: HP ZBook Studio G3 Mobile Workstation.

Seems clear driver problem but you said that you updated all your drivers I suggest you to update driver from manufacturer website instead of relying on windows auto update... Definitely your problem will be solved...
