update in settings and banners

Option to set image as background from the album section itself, option is available only in the settings >start+theme only. Files received via Bluetooth are saved in saved pictures place instead new folder named received files may be created. Status of files receiving may be shown in action center, allow status banner to close when it is wiped to the left. Calling options may be improved
